right you lot.....listen up!!! joke. i had the same problem of my motorola headset not pairing.
this is what you do...1) tun on the headset WHILE it is shut until the blue light comes onAND STAYS ON CONSTANTLY!!!2) now go to paired items on your phone and add new. it should find the headset no probs3) enter pass key...might take one or two attempts. the reason you guys are having probs is cos the headset is flashing when you try pairing it. it must stay on constatly.hope it helps Jag

The problem wasnt the part about pairing it. Those instructions are the same ones that are given on the quickstart guide. I think a few of us just had a faulting one. After adding it, it would work for a few minutes and then just go out and get lost.
I exchanged mine and the new one works great. After pairing it I havent had a problem using it at all. I use the botton on the headset to activate the voice dialing and to answer calls all the time. Been using it for a few days strait without a problem.

I had loads of probs pairing mine, but then I opened it and press a little button (don't even know if it's the one you were talking about) but afterwards, it worked fine.... I
do think the low volume is VERY disturbing..... I don't think I'm going to keep it.... I can't really use it, cos of the sound.... It does look cool though...
Oh yeah... do you guys have a lag between pressing the button and waiting for you phone to respond???

1. Yes, there is a slight lag.
2. The top of the earpiece could use a bit more padding, it hurts slightly to wear it all day. You keep squeezing your ear more each time you answer the phone by pressing the little headset button.
3. The battery life is not that wonderful.

I don't press the button to answer, just say : "answer" and the phone does it immediately.....

I have not been able to get it to answer by just saying "answer" even though I have the option on an"aswer" & "Busy" voice coded.
BTW, What functionality are you supposed to gain from setting the magic word option?

I wait until the beep goes in the headset and then just say ANSWER or GO AWAY (instead of BUSY).... it works fine... try deleting them and recording them again.
The Magic Word means that your headset will be listening out for the magic word at all time.... this means you won't have to raise your hand to press the option button on the headset! you just say the magic word, wait a sec. until you hear the beep and then say the name.....
Could you
be more lazy????
It eats your battery away though.....
