something even strange happened to my phone when i have tried this..when i pressed the '-' button during the alarm rang,it does not mute the ring but it stop the alarm... i wonder if this normal??my fw is r2f..

Hi,
Using the Firmware version R5B001 i find that the (+) (-) keys are sluggish , the problem you mentioned although iss not occuring on my Z600 but yes if I have to mute a call or send a Busy tone then I have to press the (-) keys quite many times before soemthign happens..Earlier using the R2F Firmware I faced no problem irrespective of alarm or mute functions..I guess this problem will be solved with a future version of the firmware..I can also suggest drop in the SE Service center and lets see what they can help you with...
