SE seems to have intentionally cut either production or supply. I've been tryin to source from dubai to uk and finally got lucky back in my home country. They're jus trying to keep this an elitest instrument, not like a nokia brick which every second fool has stickin out his pants, thats the only explanation i can see. The short supply is not a local problem, its a headquarter issue and SE dont seem too keen on giving too many of these badboys away. Well all that said and done now that we got it..........Hell Yeah We Are Elite! good luck to future searchers for the mobile eutopia!

its know that the lasts moths have been bad for supplyment of chips and components. some phones have been delayed and some phones have limited production. its because to many brands have good and bad cam phones on the market in the high/mid/low end price section. and the factory's didn't expect such a boost in camera phones.
i read in an article a few months ago, that the supply problems would be fixed arround Q4 but then there would be probs with the screens. high quality color screens are high demanded and more phones like clamshell have 2 screens so then will have limited supply of that. oh dear will it ever end...

The P900 was released in the Uk and a few other countries first and then elsewhere. This is very popular product and therefore it is not surprising that it is in short supply. Don't you think SE would make as many as possible to generate revenues? Why hold back supply? The SE P800 and P900 are about third in the sales charts when compared to Palm and HP IPaqs in Europe - not bad for the first two Smartphone products from SE.

i live in DUBAI and P900 has been outta stock here since January.. ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh cant even get one.. Got hold of a second hand 2 months used.. But the day i was gonna get it from the person.. Called him up .. he told me he had already sold it to someone else..
that fool.. .. i need the mobi cuz i like it soo much..

but the thing is that never expected it to sell sooo much.. i hardly saw any nokia user leaving nokia and changing over to SONY ERICSSON>. P900 made them do this.. my friend brought himself one.. he always had used nokia for his life.. p900 is kicking Nokias BUtt damn hard.. GO To their production plant and u will see .. hundreds of them are being produced each day but still cant keep up with the rate.. cuz Only to supply UK .. it has to produce sooo many units considering the fact that fools LIKE ORANGE AND OVDAFONE AND T-MOBILE want their logos placed over the fones and Special box made for them and Special Software made for them.. It takes time.. SE IS GONNA RULE THE WORLD till the end of 2005..

i want my p900 fast as possible..
