If I am not mistaken your version of SE-P900 is Chinese Right?
If it is right or in other forienge lanuage which is not only English.
You will not be able to upgrade via SE website
as I have the same problem but instate of calling the provider
(Lucky for the provider) I call the SE-Call Center in KL, Malaysia
they claim that the new version of SE which includes Chinese
cannot upgrade via website. but the Firmware are already up to
dated version. So there should be nothing to worry about.
However I don't really use the Chinese, I try going back to where I
had bought my phone, however they cannot change as they only got
Chinese version...
So SE-Call center will report this to SE-headquarter and try to have
a dedicated webpage to update the SE-P900 of other type of foriengn
lanuage...
Till then you cannot do much
