went to a retailer he tells me its probebly the connection from te screen with my p800 mobo i should sent ik back to sony for repair
i'm looking if its still in warrenty lets hope

you may need a reciept of purchase showing the date the p800 was originally bought. it will probably be no good handing the phone to SE and asking them to fix it.
