Spoke to CPW Service Centre in Richmond this morning they told me they had the upgrade but it was only an online upgrade an will take about 4 hrs - god knows what that means
i will go there tomorrow and keep my fingers crossed

The upgrade is definately available in the UK, i did my own this morning. I would suggest that your service centres do not know what they are doing and havent checked EMMA II properly. Ericsson release the software on a web site that all service centres have access too and I have it so if they dont then they havent checked properly!

Just had an argument with FoneLogistics, they have admitted they DO HAVE the upgrade but havent had authorisation from SE to do the upgrades. SE say that is
cr@p and have arranged for a Manager to call them to put them right.Hopefully it will be sorted out by morning.
