jplacson wasn't quite right about the memory tho - the P900's internal memory is larger, mostly to accomodate UIQ 2.1. Aside from the improved screen, that's the only the significant hardware change between the two phones.
(* the P800 also has two processors, for separate phone and pda management. the emphasis SE put on the P900's "second processor" was pure marketing spin.)

What is the internal memory on the P900?
The dual-CPU setup was already present on the R380. THis was the most efficient way to handle a hybrid, as far as Ericsson research showed. This way, if your PDA was hanging, it wouldn't (and shouldn't in theory) interefere with your call handling.
