I have taken mine into CPW on Baker Street, it a big service centre. It should be ready by Friday.
A work collegue took his to Gt Chapel St, even though they told me this morning that they couldn't do it. Seems they now can.

I'm planning to take my phone to get upgraded in guildford or reading (places i was told by carphone warhouse guy to go to).Can you guys tell me what i need to take with me to get i done. Like Contract or box or anything?

I got mine upgraded today at CPW it took an hour i was well impressed. No you dont need any receipts or anything i just walked in there and asked them what the latest software is and they upgraded it there and then
