Check the contacts at the bottom of the P900. Water can affect them bad, so I was told when I was trying to unlock my T610. Went to 2 different shops and they could not do it.
Makes me worried......

Hiya there, well I sorted the problem of my synching after 3 months of no replies from Sony Ericsson! I turned everything like the firewall, anti-virus etc off to no avail. How did I solve it. I uninstalled the antivirus and it works a treat. I know this works for Norton and for Panda Antivirus. Am going to try PC-Cillin next to see if this works! The cradle works perfectly with Outpost firewall (agnitum) but not Norton in my case. I am running windows 2000 pro on an AMD Athlon chip.
If this does not work try setting the BAUD rate on the phone and COM4 (or whatever COM port your cradle is on) to 57600. This came from a conversation with a Sony engineer.
