I too came across this app....Seem like a good look to me....The issue about the frozen clock? Thats because its a demo version (Bit tight of the author, but hey!!!)
2ndly, the clock covers the virtual keyboard as a default....U can however move the clock (manually) Just ensure the 'Lock Clock' box is unchecked in the preferences screen
