My t630 makes a lot of creaking sounds so I took it to a servicecenter and they changed the back-cover. That didn't help at all. I went to a Vodafone store to check other T630 and they weren't like mine and salesmen said to me that it's obvious a productionmistake so I should get this phone replaced with a new one. But when I went to the store where I purchased the phone they gave me the explanation that all phones are made like that.
"The cover is a bit loose so it can take more damage"', that's why it make those creaking noises"
This is the explanation he gave me and I don't believe it. Anyone else with a t630 with loose covers that make creaking noises?
This happens when you place your phone in the pockets of your jeans. In time usally around a weak or so of purchase it parts starts to creak

i have 3 T630, none of it make squeaky noise...
i think you are the unlucky customer who got a defective phone from a crappy store who has a crappy salesman, sorry.
i once bought a brand new t68i with a joystick count of 3000++ and scream at the store manager, accusing him of selling me a used phone.
sometime, you really have to be harshed with the salespeople when they give you a bad service. Yes, i got a new phone after the complaint. hehee
In this case you have a bad quality phone and a bad service.

The back-cover of my new t68i also creaks a lot. So does the key-pad. Seems kinda loose
