I agree with you totally on that but you know sometimes software can be misleading and appear to offer to give you better features.
We all get sucked in sometimes

Yes, just as you said. The danger is that most third-party software, that attempt to increase the shine, play around with undocumented system features and they release it without proper testing. So as the licenses say: no responsibility. This is valid from amateur software upwards to Tracker.
