like i said before i can get it to run closing down some of the system.
i think the whole program is to much on the edge of memory i cant see any one being able to run it unless its a brand new phone with no pics rings and so on
needs to be redone to cutdown on ram usage

same here. Tried with the trial version of Tube. The phone immediately shows low memory error

Tho I have a custom background and a couple of ringtones. Still, is it that marginal as far as free memory is concerned? Anyone running tube successfully with a bare minimum usable amount of stuff on phone?

On SMAN mine reads 7052KB under "free RAM".

Just compressed the memory and it now reads 7276KB.
What does the Tube/UK map program say under System requirements??

Visual IT have now updated the UK Road Planner (just download it again) with 2 overlapping tiles for North and South UK. This appears to have solved all the memory problems.

Sman 1.2c
I usualy have 8.5 - 8.8 Mb
But I recomend you to turn off / on the phone, before using anything that eats a lot of ram

wow guys, how come many of you can get 6000+ of free RAM???
the best i can manage is around 4300k-4600k (about 26%-showed in sman)? am using sman 1.3 and only put 4 apps on my snapshot: messages, handy day 2004, sman and advance call manager... and of course along with other hidden tasks that the p900 needs (i.e. applications, beamer, appicker, eiksrvbackdrop and flipkeypad). their total size is only 1,412k (including the 4 apps) so how can you get beyond 6000+?

cheers...
