Hi best thing that you could do would be to get all the information you have and head down to the nearest o2 store. if they tell you they can't deal with o2 online customer service problems they are being ejits and tell them to ring their dealer number. That way you don't have to waste money trying to contact o2 by phone yourself, there will be no long delays and someone else can talk to those joyful customer service people at o2. Umpteen emails later, 02 have confirmed that all this month's gprs should have been free.

But........ they can't do anything about it until my monthly bill has been calculated and submitted to me, meaning i've got to pay the bill and they will credit the account the following month.

Not as easy, quick or fun, but your WAP allowance will be high. you could always switch to WAP until you've sorted your billing out...

You don't HAVE to pay all the bill and wait for a credit at all. Your contract is subject to the Consumer Credit Act and as such you have a legal right to dispute charges and withhold funds until an issue is completely resolved. Don't let them push u around mate :-) This message was posted from a Nokia

same here, i had a bill with errors, i told o2 i wont pay it until they send me the correct bill. and they did. CANCEL YOUR standing order/direct debit(with your bank), if you have one. it can be set back up when theyve resolved your bill. This message was posted from a P900
