I would love to have a aluminium/metal frame/cover phone.

Id just be happy with a bloody phone that doesnt get dust particles stuck inside between the case and the LCD.

Dust is my ultimate nemesis !

A metal frame sounds nice and usefull. The magnesium belt should have a comeback. This message was posted from a T630

Like in the old times . With the /// phones .

Over the past couple of years I've gone thrue some quite rough "live field tests" with my old /// S868 every now and then. Thanks to the heavy metal frame in particular, it's still going strong after all those years .

However, as some of you already know, the rest of the phone is plastic... .

Metal gives a pleasant appearance and a solid feeling, but unfortunately adds to the weight... .

The fones of nowaday arent made for long use. 10 ago we used it much longer, the market conditions has changed, the way of producing aswell. Even, expensive fones should have such small, but important plus features, it would just put them on a higher level in case of look aswell. This message was posted from a T630
