Update
i went to the carphone ware house and the guy who assulted me was the only one free i asked him for the manager he asked can i ask what is it regarding so i told him. He just started to laugh and he bought the manager over i told him the story and he said ok i will look in to it and take appropriate action. I left when i was going back to the car park i walked past the shop and i saw the two men (manager and assulter) laughing and talking.
Justice i feel has not been done.

that is ridiculous! get the guy's name and the manager's name an send off an email to someone higher up. Make phone calls, pester those bastards!

maybe it's just me, but if anyone said anything of that sort to me, I would only remain polite if it would give me more opportunity for compensation. If not, I'd probably ask them what their f**kin problem is, AFTER I get their names and employee numbers!

Noone should treat you like that. Stick up for yourself. In fact, if I was you, walk in and ask them for the head office details. If they laugh, throw a few eggs at the guys face, say "if we were outside, id throw you a beating, but your not, this should humiliate you enough, you'll be hearing from my boys soon" then throw the eggs hard in his face and all his clothes. Also, mix water baloons with food colouring and throw on his hair and face.
Do it, and walk out camly, then run like hell !!
