what more do I need beside this to turn my t610 into T630... I got this:
Terminator dongle
T630 AVR and ARM files
T630 display
DIV 8.4
anything else that I need?

Dhallug- you need to have your eyes checked. There is nothing wrong with T630 under the sunlight

yeah, i think maybe tweaking the contrast settings might help.
but the t 630 is a lot better than the 610.
most pda's have a display setting for outdoors.
maybe se should incorporate that into the newer models.

Emanuel, don't talk about stuff or confirm stuff that you don't know. You also need the T630 GDFS to turn it into a T630.

yeah because if u turn off the backlight on certain types of lcd screens (like my sony handycam) u can view the images on it easily.
but, on certain pdas, ( think they use different kind of lcd screen), they keep the contrast high and backlight low, this is to facilitate viewing in sunlight.
but, u can view the screen of the t 630 fairly well under sunlight. the only bad thing is that u see horizontal striated lines on the screen ( i don't know if u guys have noticed), like alternating dark and light areas. what's the reason behind that?
