U should ask on the police, if its not writen on the paper, the time when your case will be closed.

they accepted my claim on the 23rd, now all i hav to do is send £25 for the excess, so i shud hav it by saturday cos all they have to do it send it out.
i very happy because it took about 3week which is not that long

well i got my fone and as i sed it only took 3 weeks but i was away so wasnt able to reply,
but im a bit confused, is it normal that they just sent me the fone and battery nuthing else???

yeah thats normal because normally thats all you use, unless you walk around with the box and charger etc.
if you lost more in the theft like a headset etc you should tell them though I am not sure if its actually covered
