Most phones, because they're branded, the settings are preset, but if you need them, they are free...can't believe you can actually get charged for that shit!!! I certainly wouldn't pay for it...

Technically O2 and vodafone uk do. When you phone up to ask for settings to be sent, it costs 50p on O2 and 25p on voda to even speak to someone.

settings are FOC from all service providers in M'sia......we can either enter the settings manually from instructions on the website or request for a sms sent to the phone......
