Well a friend of mine has a Z200 and I have a Z600, personally the Z200 doesn't compare. Especially when it comes to the screen and features. Its a little bigger but you will get used to it. I got mine really cheap off of ebay, only $215 USD.

I seriously thought of the Z600, but in the end bought a K700, bleedin' good it is too, i recommend the K700. Not a clam, but seems a better phone in general.

Hey all.

Thanks very much for all of your replies. They were all very helpful and much appreciated.

In regards to the keypad for the Z600 - I'm sure it is comfortable, and very easy to use, it's just I find the keypad on the Z200 more aesthetically pleasing; however I'm sure the keypad on the Z600 will be fine, and will go to a dealer and have a feel. Very nice about the keys not rubbing away though; I use my phone mainly for text messaging so that's pretty handy.

In regards to the K700 - Very nice phone from what I've heard and read, and seems to have plenty of features and be an extremely good phone. However, unfortunately I really need a clamshell; although if I didn't, I'd have no problem choosing the K700.

Tomorrow I'm actually going to a local place to see how much it'll cost on the provider I want. On SFR it's about €130, while on Bouyges it's only €70 - so if the price is about €70 I'll be able to purchase it tomorrow, otherwise I'll definitely have it by the end of the month.

One real last question I have (or at least I can think of). On my current Nokia 3410, I'm only able to store up to eight SMS', how many will I be able to story on the Z600? I use my phone mainly for sending text messages, and don't like deleting all my messages. I don't need to store too many, however about 20 or so is a nice number.

So excited... can't wait!

Thanks all.

You can easily store 20 sms on the Z600. My highest was 18 and I assume you can do some more on it.

I've used my z600 for 8 months now. 'bout the sms capacity, it's the same with t630 (80 msgs) including messages in the sent items. This message was posted from a Z600

Hey folks.

Thanks for all of your replies.

Ok - This morning I'm going to town. Pretty excited. First I'm going to go to one local town and check out a few shops there, and then go to another town to a shop called Darty to check out their price; they're usually pretty cheap.

So - If the price is right, I'll have it by the end of today; otherwise I'll definitely have it by the end of the month.

Can't wait!
