Make them just the MMS settings... make sure that you dont mix the two, that might be what is causing the problem.

Benjb I work vor VM and we have recalled all the Nokia 3200's and all the motorola V220's as theres a software issue with these handsets, they have been very vague with us but i think its to do with the MMS settings the phone doesnt store them properly and therefore you cannot send MMS's at all from the handsets. pain in the backside as weve only had them for 3 weeks ! So just take it back to any virgin Store and get a refund pronto
