I believe he doesn't have a PC. He downloaded the rar files straight to his phone.

A CRC error looks like the archive is damaged, however using a third party archiver will display this if the file is password protected. Thats why I asked where he downloaded it from, as on my site I provide some Escumm files as .rar, and they are password protected.

RarLabs that WinRAR can be found, not
http://www.winrar.com.

But as he said he has password protected them, so you can't un-rar them without a password.
Perhaps if you asked syntax very nicely, he might even email the un-rared files to your phone.
