I used to cup my hand around the T610's screen when i had that problem. It worked well if done with your back to the sun.

The K700 screen like all LCD's goes dark too, but because it reflects much better it can still be read without having to do anything else.

@Trentors it's call ''transreflective'' and it's used aso for notebooks and pdas - some mobiles have it to. It's really great feature. @etaab - yes man - or covering by shirt - it's very annoying when taking pics...

Try it with saving trick... You can store only one pic like that - so you have to check and delete every time
