As someone stung by a similar "offer" I'd say stay well clear and report the email to ebay

Are they legit? Well, find one person you can reccommend them and judge the situation from that.
It sounds like a classic con, frankly, and any respectably company would not break ebay's policy of not conacting its users without authorisation.
Also, someone below has suggested that an https site is secure in the sense you can't be ripped off... erm, https = httpSECURE as in, the data is encrypted at the highest level your browser permits (64/128 with IE). It has NOTHING to do with fraud protection.
I'd forget them.

Also another thing telling me is a scam is the address, as the advice is alwayz given by ev'ry1 here not to buy on ebay from ppl from romania as it is almost alwayz scams. I went to that website.. Gives me a bad vibe. With a bit of time, i could probably make a website liek that. Looks definately dodgy and the website looks second rate at best. would you really want to save a bit and lose a lot?

I would be most careful, they don't look particuarly professional to me. If you choose to buy the P900 you have to register your details, a reasonable enough request one would imagine, but in the list of countries it lists the U.S.S.R., that doesn't strike me as being very professional.

tbh, anyone could knock up a site like than in under an hour.
Regardless of web design, I would never buy from there for one reason - the Verisign logo is hosted on a Hong Kong website, they haven't even took the time to upload it to their own site let alone use it legitimately.
