Umm.. actually, its not. And since you likely havent seen one in front of you, i suspect you're talking crap.

Its only slighly larger ( since you couldnt fit the phone inside if it were much smaller than the K700 ).

Arne, neither of those two cases cover the whole phone, so i suspect the phone would either slide out, or if dropped would get damaged easily on the exposed end.

the whole dust problem happened to me too, well actually it was just one tiny bit of dust but still enough to annoy me.....i've just spent the last 30 minutes of my life opening up my k700i n cleaning the dust out (yep, as soon as i opened it even more dust went in hehe) n now its all nice n clean but i bet it'll get more dust in it sooner or later!

1: clean your phone with a little brush (maby toothbrush) once a week to get rid of most dust, as extra you can use a piece of cloth, like the thingy that came with the T610 (its also used for cleaning glasses)
2: when your phone is in your pocket, make sure the cam is on the outend. so the screen touches your leg. this way your screen is protect against impacts and dust will get there abit harder.

I don't think you need to cover the whole phone to avoid dust. You need somethong to keep it out of your pockets and cover the main holes and I don't think it slides out that easely. Not if you have the hole turned upwards.

It's very easy for lint from your pocket to get under the screen as people said.

Ask for some Sprayduster (air in a can) from you IT Dept. at work what is mostly used for cleaning printers/PC's.

mers, i see why you thought the crumpler case was twice the size of the K700i.

Its because the case stands up higher off the table than the phone (because of the velcro belt fastener on the rear). Because it stands up off the table more, its closer to the camera i took the picture with, therefore making it look larger than it is.

The case is actually about half a centimetre in length bigger than the K700, and the K700 fits inside very snug, leaving no empty space. Its like it was made for the K700.
