im not talking about vibrations when its charging which are probably off intentionally to stop it causing damage.
im talking about vibrations normally. mine seems to just not vibrate most of the time, even if its not locked, although it did vibrate once earlier out of about 4 or 5 texts.

My first post was refering to vibration in general, not when put on charge. As I said, my vibrate even when the keys are locked and I recieve a sms.
The later discussion went further... to the fact that this phone don't turn off the vibrator when charging. Sorry if you were confused about that.
