Other thoughts:

Make sure u have checked the option:

"Make outlook the default program for emails, contacts and calendar"

Also, if u are using 3rd party s.w., it may be not compatible with ms outlook

Yes, this has been my current MS Outlook setting and the problem persists.

@ALL: Any other suggestions?
