For Nokia 6230, you need to change or select right gprs account in phone setting. This message was posted from a P800

"The first account in the list is probably the one with CID=1. If you want to use that account, you would dial *99***1#.
If your account with APN="internet" is number 3 in the list, it probably has CID=3, and you would want to dial *99***3#.
"

So the info quoted above is wrong for nokia 6230?

The idea of CID is not applicable for Nokia phones. You may need go phone setting or run Nokia phone suite. This message was posted from a P800

So the n in *99***n# could be any number, or am i supposed to dial something else with nokia?

edit: seems like *99# is the number to dial with nokia and *99***CIDnr# is the number to use with SE.

man, im gettin tired of this, lets hope the k700i isnt this difficult to use..

i have managed to connect with both BT and IR, but nothing seems to work. It dials and connects, but i cannot connect to msn or to anything else.

im now using the nokia 6230, and has tried about everything there is to try.

is there anybody that knows it works? what puts me off is what to use as login and pass, cause some places it says to use your phonenumber as login and pass, and some places it says something else.
