I'm getting crazy about the sync, i've searced for this problem at Esato, talked to SE-support for one our and have followed all advicess (including yours) but i can't still sync the calendar.
I have good contact and all seems to be okay.
Contacts etc works okay but not the meetings, it only freeze and i have to reboot the computer. I have updated my outlook and tried almost everything including installing the latest software from SE, the only thing i have left is to uninstall Zone alarm, in one topic i've read that Zone alarm could make this problem and that it won't help to shut it down, you have to uninstal it...
I will try this but if it don't work after that i don't know to do???
I love my P900 but hate the synk...

If you don't get Outlook to work, you can always try mobical,
www.mobical.net. It's free and you can access your calendar online.

No Headlasse, I think thatīs not the problem. For convenience, I use outlook express as mail program but outlook is set as the default mail program.
Problems are caused by items that are multi-whole day events, like birthdays, as narduk said. When I insert events that repeat many times, they donīt sync.
Iīve tried to insert them as single time events and they worked. Trying to insert them as repeated events (like birthdays), they donīt appear on telephone.
I think itīs a problem of Sony Ericsson sync s/w (even on the latest version 2.4.1)

Try installing Aqua calendar (there is a free trial version). Aquawell has solved some issues with repeating events and birthdays.

Problems syncing with PC Laptop in Windows XP?
I spent hours trying to sort out the problem of 'no phone connected'! Suddenly realised that my charger was not plugged into the USB cradle! Once that was done, syncing was a synch with everything! Make sure you have your USB cable 'ticked' in the Phone Connection Link. Also, check the settings in Control Panel, Phone Monitor Options - you should see the P900 listed in there. Another tip, right click on 'phone connection list, untick the USB connection, remove phone from cradle, retick the USB connection and put phone back in the cradle and it should work!!! Good luck and hope this helps SOME of you out there.
