Well honestly speaking, I really did not like the quality/make of the keypads in the K700i model - 'transparent plastic' . . . SE should have made it in the silver metal finish similar to it's casing , though it will have a very similar look with that on Nokia 6230 if it happened

My texting has improved since upgrading from the t610 to K700i. There's no creaking of the battery cover and marginal "swimming" of keys. I personally love the keys are completely backlit. Great visibility and userbility.
