My texting has improved since upgrading from the t610 to K700i. There's no creaking of the battery cover and marginal "swimming" of keys. I personally love the keys are completely backlit. Great visibility and userbility.

One of the worse keypad i saw was on gd87. The green backlight on it just topped the cheap quality of the keypad.
