I think it is just a CDA update..
I've done this upgrade.. ( previously I was on R2B02 ) and it updates lot! :->
As john99 who is on Fido also said, despite SE Update saying R2B02 is the latest version, the update indeed does update all the components to the newer versions :->>
... and there was no problems in getting iSync to work either:->
