Ended up setteling for what the accounts managment team offered me, which is possibly a good thing if they may not have contacted me and just terminated!
Got unbranded k700i (will double check when it comes, on friday apparently
) 350 x net mins, 100 txts, £3 data bundle,free 1st month rental, £48 after that.
Dont think the contract is especially cheap, but it does what i need it too.

Its an unbranded one!!
if your with singlepoint, they CAN and DO send you unbranded ones if you ask for them!
This applies to both o2 singlepiont and voda singlepoint.
