i also have to use the cpw in romford brewery , have u tried to get them to update your phone (im assuming you have k700 going by your avitar) because when i went in there they said they new nothing about upgrading the k700i and that they had neither software or equipment to do it , any information will be great thanks

Theres one authorised SE service centre in Forest Road (North London). I think its 855 forest Road.
Theres also one in 815 High Road, Tottenham (White Hart Lane) . Its called "R S Electronics"
thanks man i will try them as soon as i can, im going to pop into the carphonewarehouse on oxford st tomorrow on my way to work so i will see what they can do thanks for your help thou i will let you know how i get on
