tesla guy...seems everyones happy with mpegable so why try to convince them? it works brilliant for me...and for mp4 conversions for my music i use dbpoweramp. any opposition for that you would like to tell me about?

To 3GPP I use quicktime, very easy. I edit videos in original format, open it with quicktime n export it to 3gpp.
