O jeh,

A very big screensaver of 1 min. will not be very nice.
And your battery will be empty very fast, so I suggest
just to keep/use little screensavers of 10 sec.

Hi thecrow wanna ask you a techy question:
What will make a screensaver longer on the t68i, the number of frames or the duration of each frame?

Both.
I will explain it to you.

* When you have 10 frames that are 10 milli seconds each, you get:

10 x 10 = 100 milli seconds

* When you have 1 frame that is 100 milli seconds (= 1 second), you get:

1 x 100 = 100 milli seconds

So it depends on:

* Who many frames you use.

* The time between the frames.

I tried it and this is what I found:
The screensaver can be as long as we want ,2 things can make it longer:
1-the number of frames
2-the time period for each frame

When using more frames the problem is of course the size of the file which will get larger, the solution I can give is to reduce the resolution of the screensaver so instead of 101*80 a 80*60 will economise a lot of kb .
Exemple : a file of 10 sec 101*80= 40kb for 15 sec 60kb BUT 15 sec 80*60 => 45kb

Now when you use the same numb of frames but with a longer time for each frame the size of the file will not get bigger, but the animation will be too slow
I hope this will help you

I may be wrong but I believe there are 1000 milliseconds in one second so 350ms = .35 second (just over a third of a second) and 1 minute = (60 x 1000ms) or 60,000 milliseconds.

It is my understanding, as a physics student, that there are 1000 milliseconds in a second but you'll find that most devices e.g. stopwatches will only record milliseconds to an accuracy of 2 figures so when you watch shows '35' in the millisecond section it means '350' milliseconds.

Yep that's right.
I made a mistake.

But the time on the phone is also different.
And then 1000 millisec. is not 1 sec.
