Well in my part, when I saw in one our local networks here giving out special promo fone deals with almost all of the latest fone models we have at present, I initially opted to get me either an SE P900 or a K700i

Though my luck ran out when I reached the store, as all the SE fones were already taken on it's 2nd day alone

.What else to get but a Nokia 7610 then

! Also, having read almost 'entirely' @masseur's SE K700 Fone Review, I was really at awe with all the fone's features and specs

. The the inevitable will come to a big surprise when I got hold of the K700i already

Having seen all of the cons the fone model have

In the final analysis, I guess it will be all up to the buying public that will judgementally-decide wheter to get the fone model or not, the fault will lie in his/her own hands if ever there will be some setbacks or luckily if there will be none at all

Marketing strategies 'deceives' the buying public, most of the time mates, as can be seen in tri-media (TVs, Newspapers and Radios) advertisements

The best solution right now with that of the SE K700/i fone model is to have a firmware upgrade (R2L...) that will hopefully 'totally' get rid of the flaws it had in the R2A.. 'stock' firmware

As I am still seeing some posts from disgruntled members here who had the firmware (R2L...) upgrade and still encounters some problems, some even got 'worst' results than having the stock (R2A...) firmware !
Oh boy . . . technology is a 'NEVER' 'ENDING' journey

Im planning to get a K700i because of the great feedback on this site.
But I must admit those "K700i Questions" and "K700 - Major problem!" things are getting annoying couldn't Laffen make a sticky that includes all of that?

I think that somewhere we could do with a summary of all the various software bugs, firmware versions, and other problems/praises somewhere - they're all spread over a dozen or so threads at the moment
