santekuss the website where you download firmware upgrade is very hitty missy and sometimes will not work best thing to do it take it to service centre. And i know how annoying it is when vodafone etc change things in fone but if u get away with paying £300 by paying them subscription there quiet within there rights.
David no plans yet for z500 infact havnt heard of model as i specifically work for sonyericsson uk.
God didnt know id get so many questions suppose to be working here
