You have to buy one with R2A then you take it to a SE and upgrade there

@Temp
The newer production models should have it already. While you are in the store, simply verify the version and see if it already there. If not, then have them upgrade it on the spot.

I've got R2L on my phone in Australia...... they recalled my phone that i ordered (about 1 day before i ordered it!!!) and i had to wait for them to come back in stock
BUT, R2L appears not to crash, restart, i havent' seen ANY of the problems that everyone else has AND bluetooth works 100% and doesn't stuff up like my mates R2A does!

You have to get firmware upgrades from an authorised Sony Ericcson Service Centre. A Sony Centre is not the same thing - it's just a franchised shop (ATM) athough there is a rumour that will change at some point.
So, you need a proper SE service centre or a Carphone Warehouse service centre.
Check
http://www.carphonewarehouse.[....]ben-customerservices-Repairs#n
for Carphone Warehouse service centre info.
Or call 08705 23 7237 to find your nearest SE Service Centre.
