@Cybervisitor
You want the truth? You can't handle the truth! I'm out of order? This whole forum's out of order!
As you can afford to spend five hundred euros on a mobile phone you could perhaps splash out on a thesauarus so as to avoid using swear words when you are unable to think of an appropriate adjective and to avoid using the words 'cheap' and 'idiot' so many times.
I would also like to point out that users have a very valid argument to make in saying that they dislike network branding as they have still paid good money for a product, which has been tampered with by the network. Perhaps you think that just because something is cheaper it means that it should be of inferior quality or that it should be messed up a bit? What utter rot.
You are the sort of chap that we should bring back the strap for, a damned good tap on your buttocks with a supple birch is the sort of thing you need my lad. This country wasn't built on nancy boys like yourself bleating on about tosh, no it was built on the back sof brave men unafraid to don a dress and trot down the high street for their daily constitutional. Where would we all be if we listened to your sort? I'll tell you where we would be, we would be standing in the playground crying to our mummies that bigger boys had stolen our humbugs and wouldn't give them back and it would serve us right if mummy sent us to bed without any supper and wouldn't give us our tasch nets for such buffoonery.
I say sucks boo to you Fritzy! Perhaps you can flash your cash at someone who may very well be impressed with it, especially since five hundred euros isn't all that much anyway. There is no use in you moaning about these things you know, it would serve you far better to keep a stiff upper lip and carry on regardless, that's what usually sees us through these things, a pig headed determination to ignore the facts and muddle our way through. Then it's back to Mrs Miggin's for a charge to the Queen's health and a jolly decent round of kidney to munch as we sing 'Whoops That's My Knickers'! Huzzah!

Do you actually think it's Vodafone that writes the branded software? Listen up buddy! It's Sony Ericsson writing the branded software and pre-installing it on the branded versions!
I say one thing: The "ten buck crowd" sure is gathering just as I predicted. Do you want a free lunch too? Jesus...
Er... no.. I think if you actually knew anything, you would find that it's the operators who write the software.. like.. Duh! Why would SE wanna spend the time and expense to write the software, then re-engineer it for the many different operators??
Pillock!

Hmmm, resorting to vacuous personal comments? That's usually the sign of someone who's lost an argument.
Are you drunk or something? I'm going to resist the urge to lower myself to your level by replying with something personal back though!
If there are any mods about, please lock this thread, it's turning into handbags at 20 paces!

I work in the engineering industy (cos I'm clever enough to do be an engineer, unlike you) and have been around enough people at the top of the major networks such as voda, orange etc who have dedicated teams rewriting the software..
And your assumption that SE write the software is based on what?

@Cybervisitor
You would do well to invest in a dictionary in addition to that thesaurus I mentioned earlier, your spelling is atrocious. Just for future reference the word is 'skull', not 'scull' and it isn't themselfs, rather one says 'themselves'.
On a more serious note, are you on day release from some form of mental health institution? If so I think you had best watch your time, you don't want to loose your table tennis privileges for being late.
I have absolutely no idea why you are so militant, perhaps you just feel very strongly about this issue; or perhaps you have a sloping brow and a single eyebrow; or perhaps you are a self-opinionated, self-righteous know-it-all who feels compelled to lecture on inane topics, or, most likely, you are just a nutjob.
Please respond, this is jolly good fun; there hasn't been a decent flame war in an age! Please also try to vary your attack, it is becoming predictable, perhaps you could insinuate that I am silly, or arrogant, etc You get the idea!

I work for a major UK operator.. and yes, we do invest time and money altering the software.
@Cybervisitor, you, my friend, have got to be totally ignorant. And pretty stupid too.

@cybervisitor:
What's an 'argumentation'?
Nope, not going to do it. Not going to lower myself to your level and reply with a personal attack, no matter how many times you call me an idiot.
If you look as well, you are vastly outnumbered by people who disagree with your poorly backed up and illogical arguments. I'll let people reading this thread draw their own conclusions.

@Cybervisitor
Well you are the only idiot here so can you tell us if you understand that?
I would also like to enquire about the 'ten buck crowd', does one need ten bucks to be a member, or will female hares or rabbits do? Is membership limited? Does one need sponsorship and seconded?
@all
Just back away slowly everyone, I'll keep him talking; someone phone the hospital and for the love of God don't make eye contact!
