why this gets coming up is beyond me why keep saying people who pay 10 euro etc they dont pay 10 euros they sign a 12 month contract of which part of that monthly amount goes to pay of the phone as an interest free ( unseen loan)
if you are happy paying 500 euros for a non branded phone good enjoy your un touched phone and just ignore the posts about how a network has done xy or z cause in reality it aint your problem as you aint got a branded phone so why you are getting hot under the collar over something that doesnt affect you is a bit strange
there are loads of other interesting post to read on here and join in with why both with something that has no effect on you:)

anyway i said this before but anyway:
if you buy an unbranded version you have to possibility to change operators, to find the cheapest one and therefore save cash....
but if you buy a branded locked phone you have to pay monthly plus in most cases gprs and phone calls are more expensive than some "three weeks actions" from other operators,
yes you payed 10 bucks for it and not 500 but hey in a years time you could end up paying 600 dollars for it...
yes operators have the right to change menus etc BUT i think most of these threads are just saying that it doesn't make sense, i don't have such problems with branded phones here and as i stated previously my branded k700 with mobitel is the same as mine unbranded p800 except of course it's locked to mobitel while i can freely change my sim to vega if they have a summer action or something like that, anyway operators don't gain anything if they destroy the menus if they remove the mp3 function, they don't gain anything at all! and i guess thats what people are complaing about, the operators are becoming so selfish and egoistic that they wan't to change everything in a phone like they build it!
are you saing that if pay for a car on a monthly basis that you don't deserve a wheel in it?
