do you think that we could buy a better (larger capacity) battery? even if it's a little big heavier than the current one? (I would not probably mind the extra weight if I wouldn't have to charge it daily).

With your amount of use this would mean approx 1― - max 2 days
Considering the improvement in battery I gained in R2L - I'd say this is what to expect.

My phone and all my pals phones got 5-6 days of use with R1L.
We turn of bluetooth when we donīt use it, have energy save mode on screen and donīt have animated theme.

Thatīs good battery time I think.

Is it really a chore to recharge your phone everyday? There are two things in this world: problems and inconveniences. Lung cancer is a problem, but recharging a phone every night is simply an inconvenience. Why complain about something that does not matter. If it is such a problem, then go without a mobile phone or a K700i. "Problem" solved.

Im also getting atleast 3 days of rather heavy use with R1L
Im not complaining about batterylife - never has - but Valentiner use his phone 4 hours a day effectively and I didnt want to raise his hopes beyond possibility - I'd rather say to him that he gets 2 days with R1L instead of the 1 day hes getting now - and then have him come back and be pleasently surprised - instead of having him come back and yell you promised me more than I got

I still have R2A on my phone and heavy use consisting of playing MP3's listening to the radio, watching videos that I made, transferring files to and from the phone, playing games and such gets me about a day and sometimes a bit less between recharges which isn't so much of a bother to me as I've gotten used to it and electrical outlets(house, clinic, club, car etc.) are always nearby. I always have a car charger and a micro travel charger in my bag all the time just in case( and my t68i as back-up if all else fails).
On days when I'm too busy to fiddle with the phone I can get approximately 2.5-3 days between recharges( an hour or so of voice calls, a dozen or so SMS', a few snapshots, PIM inputs etc).
I still don't feel the need to upgrade my phone as its been bug free since day one and I don't want to fix what I feel ain't broke. .....probably when its a major fw upgrade
