! If, say your case took place/occur here in my place, the fone will not be replaced anymore with a new one, since you already have it upgraded - resulting to software glitches!

How can the warranty be null and void if the upgrade was done to resolve an issue and done by an authorised service point using the warranty as means to not pay for the work....
The warranty cannot be null and void because an authorised company performed a piece of maintenance....if i had the upgrade done at a non-auth'd place then that would be different.
