The dss is extremly slow, Bluetooth is the best option. I have got my dss ready for the online update, and also for backups of the phone.

it is fine if you use the headphones. though don't use mp3s at 128kb/s as they will take up to much room. Reduce them to something like 96kb/s and they will still be of almost the same quality and you will fit loads more on the phone.

Use the program Audacity, it is freeware, and can be used to shorten mp3's cut bits out, and change the bit rates of the songs.

no nero is for burning cds, i know it does have some song editing, but this program is freeware and is purly for editing music files, so does the job much better. As it is free you may as well just use it.
