Right have so far made the new sysdata folder and put a file it called popcorn only problem isnow i don't get any start up music but the shut down music is the standard SE tone

Perhaps then it only works if u replace the videos as well, simply placing a sound there may not work

Yeah, but it's strange like that.
For example I had Futurama Startup/Shutdown each was different & had different audio. The popcorn.wav was the start music I think but there wasn't one for the end music even though it played correctly.
Without the popcorn.wav file the sound wouldn't work
