Isn't the resolution of the t68 and the t230 the same 101x80 or am i wrong?

I agree that display is one thing that t230 is not famous for...but i did not have 2 go through the contrast bit in the service menu...just adjusting it a little in the display settings was enough 2 make it quite satisfactory This message was posted from a T230

Personally i dont mind the amount of colors or the res of the screen, its just that its so bright in "normal" setting that its almost impossible to see whats on it. Should i try and get a replacement unit, or is this normal? Thanks in advance ;-) This message was posted from a T68i

@rob I had faced the same problem with my T230 in the beginning...the screen was so bright that it was impossible to see it properly even in proper lighting conditions...but now i have brought the contrast level to 1 and now the display is normal...the problem is that even if you take the the contrast level to around 4 the display gets odd...hope this solves your problem :-) This message was posted from a T230
