I have experienced the same problem; I would either restart my PC or completely close down the sync station software and then run it again, both options worked for me.

I did use Taskmanager to close the various processes, which unfortunately I cannot recall at the moment. l will check for you and post them later, or perhaps another member can post them sooner.
