@ayush: I had kept 2mb free mem on my k700 and to my surprise the phone resets whenever i switched to video mode...then i made some more room....deleted some mp3 ringtones...now the free mem was 3mb, again the same problem....deleted some more files now the free mem was 4mb and everything was working fine finally...so i guess u should have a min of 4mb free space at any point of time..

@vineet
@atlis

YOU ARE RIGHT! THANK YOU!

I have 68 games and 12 applications,so 80 jar files
It really s**ks!
You have a lot of fizically space to use,but a stupid limitation reduce to 80 the jar files that you can have!
Why on earth did they do something like that??!!!

Is there a similar maximum no of pictures,thm,mp3,..etc?

Regarding the problem with those few MB that should be free anytime,IT'S TRUE
Happened to me with t300,t610,z600.
When the memory is full and you are trying even to change a theme or to play a java game you'll get the message:'Memory full.Please ..etc'
So it's better to leave some space for the phone to use when you do something that uses the memory.

Nope!
I get bored very quickly with a game,so I play a new one and so on,and when I'm bored with this one too,I might return to the previously,and so on...
And I don't want to stay and download each time I want a certain game! If I wanted to do that I would've bought a SE less expensive,with less memory etc
But the thing is : why to have only 80 jar when you have maybe more than 50-60% of free memory?
And I'm renewing my question: Is there a similar max number of other files that you can have?

@mike_k7 Sounds like you need to get better games

Not sure if there are other file limitations but I imagine there would be, likely to be in the hundreds range. One way to tell for sure would be to check the white paper.
