"PWR" refers to whether or not the device has power, "LNK" refers to whether or not there is an active link between the dongle and another device. In most instances, the LEDs will flash to show that data is being sent and received. So long as you're able to actually transfer files to/from your phone, I would have to agree with everyone else and say that everything seems to be fine!
Cheers!

I have a different dongle and it does the same, i think it keeps flashing the lnk light because it is showing that the bluetooth is activated.

Thanks guys, but this model of BT Dongle(D-Link) has another problem, see whether u can help me...
Everytime when I start my PC with BT Dongle already plugged in, the computer will take sometime to Install the software..
Weird huh? Isn't it the PC have to make the effort to detect the device only? Why Installing?
After I have transfer my data and I intend to rest the dongle by clicking "STOP THE BLUETOOTH DEVICE" on the BT icon in taskbar...After a while, I Start it again by clicking START THE BT DEVICE...it will AGAIN Install the software....Why is this device takes so much hassle to keep on Reinstalling?
Any ideal solution for this problem?
Thanks again~

I've had something similar with my

dongle (different brand though) when I had installed it with the drivers off the CD rom.
I then downloaded the latest drivers off the net and installed those and the probelm has not retruned since.
