turn off all of the sync options, then only sync one thing at a time and see if that helps, ie only sync your calendar but not your contacts... might narrow it down.

I recently did a backup of all data and upgraded Firmware to the latest online version and now Cable does not work either!
Firewall is of, Phone monitor has Com 4 enabled and reserved and p-hone connection link has com 4 checked.
I cannot restore my backup because I cannot connect to my PC. I have done a master reset and reformatted the internal drive (via the hidden service menu) and I have uninstalled the new firmware and re-installed the version supplied on the CD with the phone. None of this has helped.
Any Ideas?
