If it is a serial cable, why is it telling you "didn't recognize USB"?

'Cause he has his software configured to connect to the phone through USB, that's why.

I don't think so. You can't REALLY configure the software to connect through USB because the USB cable will be seen by the software as a COM port(serial) device. A USB cable is in fact a serial cable with a built-in USB-serial adapter.

"didn't recognize USB" means you plugged in an USB device and there is driver for it.

I CHANGED THE CONECTION TO COM1 AND NOW IT WORKS!!!!!

But I really don't know what is wrong with my COM2 port... Strange things...

Thank you all.

Now, that I have connected my mobile, can you send me tips to improve it using my PC - Mobile (K700i, T610 and T105) connection?

Thank you again.

Regards,
André.

humm...

When I connect to my Phone using Sony Ericsson File Manager or K700 Dateimanager v0.1.9.1, I only can see this folders: Images, Sounds, Themes, Videos and Other. I can't see Games and Applications folders...

How can I upload games to my mobile, I tried to upload it to Other folder but then I can't move it to games folder because it isn't recognized as game (.jar file).

Can you help me?

Thanks.
